NSCC promotions

NSCC promotions Promotion within the Sea Cadets is based upon fulfilling certain successive NSCC training and qualifications.  Promising young men and women, are given command positions and encouraged to develop qualities of leadership. Share and Enjoy:

Sea Cadets and Schoolwork

Sea Cadets and Schoolwork Our Sea Cadet unit will usually meet only one weekend per month during the school year.  Instruction is designed to supplement schoolwork.  Normally, training away from home is conducted only during school vacations. Share and Enjoy:

Uniforms

Uniforms Surplus U.S. Navy uniforms are made available to the Naval Sea Cadet Corps.  These uniforms, in turn, are made available to cadets at a minimal cost as part of your enrollment in the program.  Uniform needs, which cannot be met through this source, (shoes for example), may be purchased at Navy Exchange Uniform shops [...]

The Naval Sea Cadet Corps (USNSCC) is committed to providing a drug and alcohol free environment fostering leadership abilities, broadening horizons through hands-on training and guiding teens to becoming mature young adults. Naval Sea Cadets have the opportunity to participate in exciting local and national training programs, local parades and to serve as color guards at major events.
